Sniping Guide

Easily the most fun you can have in the game is rushing the enemy base, quick scoping all the campers, while getting multiple "HACKS! HACKS!" comments.

I have become aware many people cannot proficiently snipe, and this should help you a lot.

Quick scoping is a better alternative to no-scoping, it involves scoping and firing at your opponent as quickly as you can without missing. If done correctly, Your accolades will rise, and you will become a better rusher overall.

*Practice*

There are a lot of good spots to practice quick scoping. Numerous areas would be:

-Random Trees/slim objects to resemble targets

-specific areas of a wall

-boxes

or, you can find something suitable for you.

WHAT YOU NEED:

An L96A1 Sniper rifle. the 90% accuracy is deadly in close quarters.

That's basically it. You don't really need a suppressor or extended mag, but speed items could do, that's what you're aiming for.

HOW TO PRACTICE:

Sprint or plain run by your target. Learning to stop at the right time will also be crucial.

When your target is in view, STOP MOVING*, scope and aim as quickly as you can at your target, and take the shot

*It is essential you stop moving, walking with snipers still decreases the accuracy by too much for a reliable scope.

If you made the shot, congratulate yourself, you have started to quicks cope. now keep doing it until you think you have become proficient at it.

When you have gotten this far, try it out in game. Run around with a sniper and see how fast your reactions are. For me, its basically how i snipe.

DRAGSHOT:

For taking out those pesky noobs that run around like they're pros. Show them who's boss.

You can't really practice on inanimate objects for this one, as the opponent is moving.

WHAT YOU NEED:
basically any sniper. The result will be a little different for each rifle, but when you get the hang of it it wont really matter.

HOW TO:

When you find an opponent running, place your cross hairs a little bit in front of where they are running; your dragging the scope so the bullet won't land where the cross hair is. When you think you have a clean shot, go for it. If you didn't make it, try again. That's mostly all there is to it.

OTHER STUFF:

If you miss, and are spotted, hop around when reloading/finding cover. Its really funny when i get people plain running to cover.

ALWAYS stop moving before taking the shot. Walking doesn't work.
