Melee Guide

 Are you bad with a knife? Do you wanna get better at melee to join,The Infected Slayers to compete in CWs? Well this guide will help you get all you can get out of anything from a simple M9, To a Ninjato. And will explain how to kill using shifting, From spamming.

                                             ***MELEE WEAPONS***

M9                PROS - Fast, Easy to use, Free                 CONS - Weak, Short range.

Sicle             PROS - Fast, Easy to use.                          CONS - Costs GP,

Kukri            PROS - Good for shifting, Long, Strong. CONS - Slow,  Need skill to use.

Machete       PROS - Good for shifting, Long, Strong.  CONS - Slow, Need skill to use.

BowieKnife PROS - Good for shifting, Long, Strong.  CONS - Slow, Need skill to use.

G.I Shovel    PROS - Good for shifting, Long, Strong.  CONS - Slow, Need skill to use.

M11Tact.     PROS - Fast, Long, Strong,                         CONS - Costs NX

Ninjato         PROS - Long, Fast, Good for shifting.      CONS - Costs NX

Tomahawk    PROS - Strong, Long, Fast,                        CONS - Costs NX

Bigger weapons may be slower but their great for shifting.

                                                 ***SHIFTING***

Shifting is pretty much sprinting then right clicking to propel yourself at an enemy. This is good with a big weapons cause the bigger stronger, Heavier weapons slash twice. This gives you to chances to own em. There is one fault with it though. If an enemy scoots back, And shifts you after the 2nd strike, They can kill you. But they only have about a second where they're totally defenseless. But that's all it takes. 

                                             ***SPAMMING***

Spamming is holding the left click button so the knife keeps slicing. This gets the knife moving pretty quick, It is oftenly confused with the speed knife mod. (I've been accused so many times) Spamming is a good technique if your enemy is using a  Sicle or an M9, (M9 and Sicle are the only weapons you can truly spam with, Since the rest are so slow) Spamming when the enemy has a heavy melee weapon (I.e Kukri, Tomahawk, Etc.) is pretty much suicide. Unless you have major skill.

Melee is an art in which you cannot be taught. You must learn yourself. Practice a bit, Use these tips, And maybe you can become a true melee ninja, And if you are, Then we'll want you for sure...
